The Sinaloa cartel appears to be the strongest in Mexico. In the US it is hard to tell as the mob is not quite what it once was here. Canada has the Rizzutos. Safe to Sinaloa cartel is the powerhouse of not only Mexico but North America. Could make the argument that they’re the strongest out there along with the mafia in Italy and Russia.
