Crea also strikes me as wise enough to know that going to war is bad for business, especially these days. Also isn't he awaiting trial? Better to just let whoever Amuso wants come in and take over. Also I am sure Madonna at his age doesn't give a shit...he has to be basically retired by now anyways.
