Hey Meyer...My chef buddy Michael Solomonov was just in a place in Isreal called K-far ...4 research & development 4 3 new restaurants he's gonna open here in Philly...is that anywhere near you?? the papers say he's a celebrity there in Tel Aviv..
Keep us updated Hood.... need to get some good info on new Resturants in Phili. I have a friend who is heading in that direction who works in the industry and will be looking for the top spots.
I know he has contacts that are bringing him to the City but I would like to have some intel.
