The boss Pino Bonavita, 73, who has been detained since 14 July 2016 after being arrested in Prague leaves prison for house arrest. It was the Catanzaro Review Court, accepting an instance of the lawyers Giovanni Vecchio and Giuseppe Bagnato, who decided to release him on the basis of the law providing for the prison for seventy-year-olds only in cases of exceptional gravity, not considered in the present case.
