Like someone else said,its confirmed years ago that its not Frank Cali.
That is definitely Cali. I am not sure who "confirmed" it wasn't but that's definitely him. Carmela who use to post here confirmed it and I think she either knew him or had met him. Also its widely known that cali had a black girlfriend for years.
I agree, I think it does look like him.
We should always remember, we see pics of these people that can vary through the years.
People change appearance through the years.
