BTW: He took his name from Nipsey Russell, a black comedian of the Fifties and Sixties who was known as "bawdy" for his "off color" humor--very mild by today's standards.
I assumed most knew of Nipsey Russell but then again maybe I'm older than I think I am. Anyhow, loved Russell in Wildcats with Goldie Hawn.
