100%. I’ve seen a few instances of guys paying lifers to fuck up a CO for disrespecting them at a visit or fucking up a hustle or two. If a guy is going home one day and has a big bankroll it’s easy as hell to pay someone who’s never going home to do some dirt. The lifer who gets paid just looks at it as a simple business transaction.
