question...will the CCTV Video of the shooting see the light of day? Does anyone know the laws regarding the press having the rights to it? I mean I realize that it's video owned by the family but since the cops got it via search warrant will it be available to the press or anything? I suppose it could leak as well but I am wondering what rights the press has to it once the investigation is over?
