the cameras show Cali and the shooter shaking hands ... also the shooter handed him the license plate knocked off calis truck.. so Cali didn’t recognize the shooter .. so Couldn’t of been a well known Gambino member or associate. Cali Showed up on fbi rib tape since 1990.. he would know most members.
