i agree ! but as i said it's still weird why would he take that risk of talk to him before he took the shoots ?
Cali was really cautious and low key , he didn't meet with a lot of people ,it was hard to catch him off guard. But crashing into his car , he gets out to see whats up , shooter come to him start apologizing to calm Cali down , and then he kills him.
