Saw the press briefing. The shooting sounds random.

Cali went outside; Had a conversation with someone and 1 minute into that conversation; He was shot several times.

The FEDS also stated he wasnt run over by a car. It looks as he was ducking for cover or trying to get under his SUV..

I don't think this was a random act. No way..
