Had a blast at Mardi Gras yesterday. Would do it again. Cooking now. I usually cook on Monday's but this is my first time using my slow cooker and it's going to take 4 hours on high (8 on low) to cook up 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. So since I've gotta work tomorrow, I figured it'd be easier to do it today. Only about an hour and a half in to the 4 hours. We'll see how it turns out!
