Honestly I never read about Sicilian mafia activity of any sort, leave alone heroin, anywhere in the UK - especially not during the 70's and the 80's. Aside from a Camorra group that launder money in Aberdeen as well as the occasional mafia fugitive that goes into hiding in the UK, there's little in the way of major Italian OC activity in the UK.
