Thanks Guys...but I cannot take all the credit here. I did make it but from my Wife’s Leftovers.
They call me the King of Leftovers since I love taking items that have been from the nights before dinner and making something of it New, the next daylight.

I took the left over veggies (Brussels Sprouts), and put them in the same pan a few eggs were cooked in at breakfast, I then threw into the same pan, sliced steak and sautéed it on medium for 15 minutes or more unattended, mixing wen I thought to go back.
Then I wiped up an egg with a dash of milk and poured it all over what was cooking, lowering the heat to low, hitting it with salt and heavy pepper. THe n let that sit for another 5 minutes on low and spred some cheddar on top for another low roast sitting with power off since it will remain hot enough to melt the cheese.

After sitting a few minutes it will spatula off on to plate in one piece.
