I'm really curious if there are still HA chapters involved in first tier organized crime in the USA. This thread seems to be 50% Quebec, 40% BC, 10% rest of the world.
It is not done on purpose. It just happens that HA chapters in Quebec are more involved in crimes than most chapters.
