We don't know the details but what if he went there to collect and the rat said blow me or something derogatory? Would you feel differently? What if he put his head into the windshield because the RAT got cocky with him. How would you feel then? That would make it a simple assault but the feds stuck their noses in it because they are ruthless people that work there trying to make a name for themselves.
