I've seen a bunch of the documentaries and probably have seen those you listed but it will probably be easier to help once we actually see the footage. The only one I can picture in my mind is the one after the Galante hit.
Like I said I've probably seen those you listed but at least for me the descriptions don't help in matching up what I've seen and haven't.
