De Gea already said Solskjær had restored 'happiness' that's so important in getting good results even more as tactics. Guys like Van Gaal and Mourinho are so demanding in this time and age you got to be more loose as a manager. If Ole also can restore the playing style of Sir Alex's teams he indeed deserves a chance.
