The fifth section of the Court of Appeal of Palermo has revoked the confiscation of assets for seven million euro from Mario Messina Denaro, 65, cousin of the fugitive boss of Cosa Nostra Matteo Messina Denaro, and of his wife, Benvenuta Anna Maria Forte, 66.
