I also like to walk. It's great for clearing the mind of bad thoughts. It was raining for pretty much three months straight until this weekend. Being stuck inside can really exacerbate depression and increase negative thoughts. Cabin fever, also.

I used to lift weights and go to the gym but quit 9 months ago.

Reading is a big thing for me but the internet has made it hard to focus on a book anymore.

I used to think what did people do before the internet. Now I appreciate that you could sit down and read a book for more than 5 minutes without getting distracted.

You could also go outside and not get distracted by women's asses in tight leggings all the time.
