few yrs back internet was saying joe chickie was the underboss of the family. i mean hes way up there in age but if merlinos taking plays from the westside it would make sense to keep him there. they kept benny eggs then mickey ge...... as underboss these guys were legends, did there time and were like in there 90tys. merlino keeps these old guys at the top makes him look good. and all the families from everywhere know these guys from the fed pen. and even it its a title for the old guy. its a good look. i would say its the most organize since testa got blown up
