Agree with this this 100%. I finished NARCOS: MEXICO this weekend and while I did enjoy it, compared to the other 3 seasons, I enjoyed them more. I was curious how I'd feel about starting from scratch basically with a whole new cast of characters but I did take to it quickly. I'm glad they decided to focus on Mexico next as this was the next natural place and also, I didn't know much about the cartels or how they got their start so this was educational as well.
