Keep in mind that Cerone was a real lacky and a real loyal member and as a matter of fact he took the rep for Ricca in 1970 since the old boss was called as a witness during Cerones trial and so Ricca was caught in a dead end during the questioning of the prosecutors and he confirmed the situation in which he was present with Cerone and the informant, thus sending Cerone to prison.
