Dear Russo- I would appreciate it if you don't "anytime" me...at this stage of my life the only person I want to do that is my wife and I seriously doubt you have the same intentions.... although you have been locked up most of your adult life so I suppose it's possible-and Tony did say you get a pass for that in the Sopranos..... ugh.
