No sports just running and lifting weights and eating lean meats (mainly chicken breast) with vegetables. Drinking lots of water and some tea with food. I’m hungry all the time though. Haven’t quit kicked the cravings for the unhealthy stuff yet. Hopefully soon I’ll get past those cravings. I do have one cheat day on Sundays.
