I do agree with your assessment BUT, I don not believe that some members reasons for ratting does not stem for the BLATANT backhanded sweetheart waiver that is/was constantly granted in the form of favortism to certain people.....If the rules and oath MUST be followed, then the BOSS must be the one to lead bybexample.
