Saturday evening a Dutchman was shot dead in the center of the Spanish Torremolinos. It concerns Hamza Ziani (33) known in underworld circles. He is regarded as one of the protagonists in a fierce cocaine war, which has kept Utrecht and its surroundings in its grip for a few years now.
Ziani, father of three young children, was part of a self-proclaimed 'Alliance'; a joint venture between Utrecht and Rotterdam drug gangs to eliminate rival RidouanTaghi.
