The attack with an antitank grenade in 2007 on the court bunker in Amsterdam-Osdorp was commissioned by Stanley Hillis. That is what Willem Holleeder said during the 38th session in his trial. Holleeder heard this from the person who shot the rocket launcher, but he does not want to mention his name.
The rocket attack happened during the first session day in the Kolbak process that was being conducted at the time about extortion in the underworld. Holleeder was ultimately convicted for this. The grenade exploded in the middle of the night against the façade of the courthouse. Immediately there were speculations that Dino Soerel or Stanly Hillis would be behind this and that the intention was that Holleeder would keep his mouth shut.
Holleeder confirms that now. He said on Friday: 'The intention was that I would not explain anything about money that Stanley Hillis had stored at Willem Endstra'.
