A coffeeshop in the Breestraat in Delft was shot on Sunday morning. The police closed the street for investigation. It is the same shop where a hand grenade exploded in front of the door a few months ago. Delft has recently been plagued by numerous violent incidents. In June, salvos were supposedly fired with automatic weapons at two stores on the Beestenmarkt and the Molslaan. A few weeks earlier, there was already shot with an automatic weapon in the Peperstraat. The criminal Karel Pronk was shot dead at the beginning of August.
