Well the Philly families really were at the shore all summer and with the hot and humid weather all summer they stayed .

Now there could be another reason like it may be the last summer for a couple or five who knows ! Because the Feds arenot sayin much and nobody is hearing much on the rats .

Is there a possibility it was a mess with Feds again but after what just happened with Skinny and NY it was a smack in face for them.
