Human trafficker Lino P. tortured vulnerable women for years and forced them to prostitution. After his trial he managed to escape in November last year. He fled to Curaçao, where he was known as a dj and breeder of fighting dogs. The island appears to be a refuge for fugitive criminals. If it is up to Dutch justice, that comes to an end.
