Without rogue cops will be more hard for criminals to commit crimes.
Impossible, when it comes to organized crime. Police have always been part of the operation.
I don't suppose any of us are saints, but I wouldn't go anywhere near being a cop or a gangster! I'd do Lone Wolf stuff, but never anything that involved others.
