The Potatoes were my wife Idea, I usually do corn but she insisted...they came out great

I wanted to wrap the potato in foil she said no" just place them on the grill, stabbed them with fork, brushed with olive oil and covered with S&P
They were fantastic.

Ribs cooked 2hrs , taters 1hr 15min.

For me the trick is controlling the temp of grill ( 300 degrees) and turning only twice on both the meat and potatoes,,,,, however the last half hour I moved the potato to the main level of grill and the ribs to upper.

Another tip is..... dry rubbed the ribs with cajun spice for direct roast for first hour,,,, then applied bbq sauce ( sauce I souped up) the last half hour of Q'in, flip those a few times while the potato finishes or you cigar is done. Take your time,,,,,slow and Low gets it done best

Yes,Dues...slow & low is the name of the game 4 a lot of meats....looks awesome..Our gas grill is shot ( old ),,have 2 get a new 1 by next yr...been using the charcoal grill w/ portable smoker ..u made me hungry.
