What would you say is the current state of power of the Gulf Cartel?
The Gulf Cartel still controls a portion of the marijuana and cocaine distribution in Texas particularly. They also do human trafficking and extortion. They are still a pretty powerful cartel in it's self. I rank them as one of the most powerful cartels in Mexico top 3 or 4 depending on who you ask.
