On 8 September motorcycle racers want to demonstrate against the so-called Kuttenverbot that forbids them to wear their club sign in public.
The ban was made possible by a tightening of club law, which came into force in March 2017. According to this, members of certain rocker groups are no longer allowed to wear badges on their waistcoats ("cowls"). Even at the clubhouses they are now prohibited. If individual local groups of an association are forbidden because of criminal activities, the badge prohibition applies nationwide.
With the prohibition of custody the abuse of the association right for organized crime should be fought. The police connect rocker clubs like the Hells Angels or the Bandidos with trafficking and drug trafficking. For years, the district court has been running a lawsuit against ten Hells Angels, accused of involvement in a contract killing of a 26-year-old four years ago in a betting office in Reinickendorf
