Last weekend five Dutch people were caught on the Spanish island of Mallorca during the smuggling of 300 kilos of cocaine to Mallorca. The drugs were loaded on a luxury motor yacht HCH-X, according to Spanish customs.
The customs boarded the yacht 27 kilometers off the coast of Ibiza. According to customs, the group used Mallorca as a logistics center for their cocaine business.
The Spanish study was done in collaboration with Europol and started in 2016 after the Spanish customs intercepted a ship with drugs. The motor yacht registered in Gibraltar picked up cocaine from other ships in the Mediterranean and brought it to the Spanish mainland.
