My quick 2 cents. I do not think you can call them a racist gang such as Neo-Nazi and White Power gangs which want an all white nation. They are a WHITE prison gang much like the black and Hispanic gangs are not racist but stick together because of skin color. True some members have NAZI tattoo's and outside prison may be part of a racist group but as a whole are simply a white group banded together by skin color.
