Two Dutch people have been the victims of violence in Barcelona. One of them was shot dead, the other was wounded. The Spanish police found the two in a car in the Sant Martí district, the men both had a firearm and were injured. Despite resuscitation attempts, one
of the men succumbed to his injuries. The investigation is still in full swing.
The two would have stepped into their car on Sunday night after a pub visit in the neighborhood of the Rambla de Poblenou. That had a German license plate. They were less than a hundred yards away when they were shot by one or more people on a white motorcycle. That engine has not been recovered yet. Spanish media reports that the police assume that it was a dispute between criminal groups.
