Police brutality is rare but happens to both whites and blacks, dont let the liberals fool you into thinking its only blacks.
That said, blacks are involved with so much more crime than whites, they will have more interection with the police.
Its also amazing how violent blacks are to each other. They slaughter each other so much is almost considered genocide.
Its not just here, look what the blacks do to each other in africa. What they do to innocent woman and children is beyond brutal.
You have to ask yourself why they are so violent.
