I would feel uncomfortable accepting money from a criminal when I don't know where it has come from and how he acquired it. It's blood money, I wouldn't want it on my conscience.

While I'm at it, I'd feel uncomfortable putting my hand out for donations off strangers on the internet in the event of a tragedy or act of God.

My parents weren't rich, yet they still put myself and all my siblings through college. If I croaked this minute, I'm 99.9% sure they would pay for the funeral themselves.

20 years ago, when people died, did their family members go walking through traffic like squeegee men do, asking random strangers to pay for the funeral?

Look at what the internet has done to people.

I invoke my right under the 5th amendment of the United States constitution and decline to answer the question.
