These dirtbags will rat out anybody. I even know of a few guys who made up s**t about people they barely knew and swore to conversations that never took place. The worst part of it is, this sort of behavior is encouraged by many at all levels of law enforcement.
No doubt,and they are more then encouraged if they are believable and they can match any circumstance around the lie .
