The largest concentration of bikers in Canada is in Ontario, but they are nothing like the bikers in Quebec. The Sherbrooke chapter for ex. has always organized their own shipments of drugs from Latin America. Bikers in Toronto were traditionally into riding bikes, fighting, partying etc etc. At the same time, the guys in Quebec were setting up 500kg shipments of cocaine. Just different. The funny thing is though, the Ontario guys have always been big, juiced up, monsters, that play the role, whereas the Frenchmen have been more low key, dressed quite nice, very polite, but like I said, more French mafia than outlaw motorcycle gang.

In British Columbia, law enforcement was always lax with marijuana and the bikers got their start and went big time into weed...and then spread into cocaine and other legit businesses. By the time LE caught up, the bikers had millions in assets.
