Latin Kings, DDP, & 3Ni are the primary hispanic gangs. Netas had a presence but it diminishe due to internal politics .
No. La Eme/Nuestra Familia isn't going have a presence in NY state pen with those primary groups in place. Mexican gangs are generally local crews and when they are incarecerated they might switch to one of the 3. MS-13 isn't much of a big factor outside a few neighborhoods.
