I'm just making an observation here, but where I live a lot of young Muslim men are casually dealing drugs.

As I said, just an observation, I haven't seen any black men dealing, but I've witnessed transactions happening pretty much out in the open several times with these guys. Wouldn't be surprised if there are some illicit trading practices going on in terms of their businesses either..

Of course, this situation is going to exacerbate.
