What a joke: Obama fucked up the international orders by allowing a caliphate to occur, gives 20% of America's uranium to Russia, screwed up Lybia, gives 150 billion to Iran and signs a deal whereby they can still have a nuclear bomb in 10 years time, did nothing with North Korea,did nothing about Russian invasion of Grimea and now wants to preach about International Order.
