The Holleeder trial entered a new phase with the first murder case that of his brother-in-law.

'Holleeder not behind murder of Cor van Hout'

His lawyer Janssen presented several scenarios in an extensive plea. With this plea, he wants to achieve that the court cancels Holleeder's pre-trial in the context of the murder case-Van Hout. The Public Prosecution Service will respond to Janssens's plea on 26 June.

The Van Hout / Ter Haak file has a long history, also because there were attacks on Van Hout's life in 1996 and 2000.
