A few months ago, at what was meant to be. lighthearted park dedication ceremony, De Niro was out of control. He also called him names that could not be repeated. De Niro has. history of drug abuse, and has said he wants to hit the president. Yet for over 30 years he has had a license to carry a concealed handgun in New York. Time to pull his handgun license.
