The economy has been bad since 2001. If you like good economies and things like that, you should have put Bill Clinton back into the White House by electing his wife.
Clinton left office with pretty impressive numbers. He ran as a Democrat, but he was a capitalist at heart and isn't even considered a liberal by today's standards. The progressives despise that guy. He's considered a hypocrite by both sides.
