I've also noticed this tape many yrs. ago & thought the same thing ....however. I think it's a deep seated macho Italian thing..u know grabbin' their shit because it is shrinking in cold weather..& the addition of steroids ...Gotti don't even notice it .....they all act the same behind closed doors also ,,,if u notice...Sammy likes 2 crack his neck quite often,,swinging it oh so slowly..& dude......
