Who coined this term "tolerant left", anyway? I only hear Republican, Trump types using it. Must have been a 60's thing. I'm not even sure I understand the context. Tolerant of what? Everything? Tolerant of every single thing on the planet? I've never claimed to be any such thing, and I don't know anyone who has.
